As a company that prides itself on customer service, we are very aware that the last year has been less than outstanding for us and our customers. As most businesses would be aware, COVID-19 has made the day-to-day running of a business very challenging – in regards to having staff available to undertake the required workload and even holding onto staff in general. We have suffered from the great resignation of COVID as so many other companies have, and now we need to get new staff up to speed as quickly as possible.
What are we doing about it?
We have now employed more support team members and a new Customer Service Manager. Now we have a great dedicated team, but we still need to get them fully trained, which will take a little more time, but we WILL get there. So please be patient with us while we are learning and getting through the current backlog of tickets. We expect to be completely on top of your tickets and back to answering calls within the next 4-6 weeks.
We would also like to take this opportunity to welcome Kurt Jones back to CabMaster as the Customer Service Manager, as well as Mason, Tony & Leif as part of our Customer Support Team.
