At CabMaster Software, we are looking for a bright new addition to our customer support team. This role is a position in IT to support our customers who use our software.
Daily tasks as a team member of CabMaster Customer Support include:
- Assisting our customers with their software
- Taking and making phone calls to customers
- Running 1-on-1 training sessions with customers online or on-location
- Logging software bugs for our development team
- Liaising with management, accounts and sales teams
Skills we are looking for in our new addition include:
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills (spoken and written)
- Keeping a cool demeanour and respectfully using de-escalation tactics where required
- Good work ethic
