At CabMaster Software, we are looking for a bright new addition to our customer support team. This role is a position in IT to support our customers who use our software.

Daily tasks as a team member of CabMaster Customer Support include:

  • Assisting our customers with their software
  • Taking and making phone calls to customers
  • Running 1-on-1 training sessions with customers online or on-location
  • Logging software bugs for our development team
  • Liaising with management, accounts and sales teams

Skills we are looking for in our new addition include:

  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Keeping a cool demeanour and respectfully using de-escalation tactics where required
  • Good work ethic
